Monetnyi Dvir account deletion

You can delete your Monetnyi Dvir account and the personal data associated with it at any time. Below is how to do it and what data is deleted.

How to delete your account in the app

1. Open the Monetnyi Dvir app and sign in to your account.
2. Go to the Profile tab → Settings (gear icon).
3. Scroll to the “Danger zone” section.
4. Tap “Delete account” and confirm (two-step confirmation).

Alternative — by email

If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the address linked to your account with the subject “Account deletion” — we will fulfill the request within a reasonable time.

What data is deleted

Permanently deleted: sign-in data (email/authentication), name, username, avatar, bio, your collection, wishlist, follows, blocks, notifications, achievements, bids, active listings and incomplete trade offers. Your profile is anonymized (shown as “Deleted user”).

What data may be retained

For legal reasons and to protect other users, anonymized records of completed deals and reviews (as your counterpart’s history) and chat messages within such deals may be retained. This data contains no contact details of yours. Technical logs are kept for a limited time and deleted automatically.
